As part of the Tactic Functional Nutrition Team, I provide one-on-one nutrition and lifestyle coaching and nutrition and lifestyle plans.
I also run the Rise Hockey Nutrition Program through Tactic, providing young hockey players with the knowledge and resources to excel in their sport.
1 ON 1 NUTRITION AND LIFESTYLE COACHING
The Nutrition and Lifestyle coaching program is customized to fit your lifestyle, goals, and history. Our monthly program includes:
A personalized and easy to follow caloric and macronutrient nutrition plan
Dedicating coaching by me to follow daily progress. I will check-in / follow up at minimum three times per week
Continual and unlimited adjustments
Suggestions for lifestyle improvement
Pre and post workout nutrition recommendations when applicable
Competition day nutrition plans when applicable
This program provides guidance for implementation of the plan and valuable accountability once the plan is implemented.
NUTRITION AND LIFESTYLE PLAN
Includes Nutrition and Lifestyle Plan only (no coaching). This plan is developed based on answers to a thorough questionnaire and is recommended for people who have tracked in the recent past or who are currently tracking. Determining an appropriate one-time macro plan requires an understanding of current intake and habits.
RISE HOCKEY NUTRITION PROGRAM
Throughout Rise’s off-season program, I provide valuable information (content, seminars, etc.) on nutrition for the players included in their program fees. For athletes looking to take their performance to the next level, I offer nutrition and performance plans as well as nutrition coaching. Recommended adjustments are made based on the player’s individual needs as well as the specific demands of the point they’re at in their season.
