Group Training

I have limited spots available for small group training. I believe the best way to get results is by following your own program tailored specifically to your needs. However, the competitive aspect of having others training around you or having parts of your workout be the same as others’ can be incredibly motivating. Having me there to coach you through your workout can be beneficial for form correction, accountability, and encouragement.

  • Individualized training program & TrueCoach App integration to keep you on track

  • A group setting of 3-10 people under my direction to ensure proper technique and execution of workouts

  • Access to Rise Athlete’s state-of-the-art training facility during sessions with me and add-on options for Open Gym access

$50/client/session

$400/month for 4 sessions/week (ie. $25/session)

1-On-1 Training

For those who feel they need one-on-one guidance to reach their goals, I offer personal training at Rise Athlete. You’ll have my undivided attention for each 60 minute session. These sessions can be useful for those trying to learn a specific new skill, for those who are just learning how to exercise, or for people who just feel more comfortable with undivided supervision during their workouts.
